Vail Home Rentals will tailor services to meet the needs of your association with our full time in-house staff. The following is a list of services we provide.
- Accounting
Preparation of quarterly financial statements for the board, following generally accepted accounting principles, (GAAP).
Prepare and update annual budget with board input.
Mail and collect all assessments from owners, reporting to the board any delinquencies and taking action as allowed by the bylaws.
Reconciliation of all bank accounts monthly.
Assist independent auditor with audit if done by Association.
Input and pay all Association payables in a timely manner.
Attend all Board and Annual meetings to provide a financial report.
- Administration
Maintain Association minutes book.
Attend all Board, Special, and Annual Meetings.
Correspond with owners as directed by the Board.
Assist Board with property insurance; coverage, rates, and claims.
Input and oversight on Capital Reserve Projects.
Daily property checks of grounds and mechanical rooms.
24 hour emergency on-call service.
Acquire bids on behalf of the Association for all major projects.
Respond to requests from Title and Real Estate companies for documents.
